They gave us very well decorated standard double room with a great shower. The location was perfect, near to the centre of the old town near the 199 steps, the Endeavour pub, and the Abbey steps, in a cute area.

Our rooms were tidy and spotless with TV, sofas, for instance. Tea/coffee making equipment and glassware were provided. The hotel's location was amazing, not far from the centre of the lovely town, colourful shops, and the secret garden.

Have spent our 2 nights here lovely, it was perfect for us. The location was absolutely perfect - just next door to the center of Whitby and the centre of the harbour. The beds were very comfy and the room was well-kept and nicely decorated.

Appreciated every detail about our relaxing 2 nights stay here. The hotel room was nicely decorated with the bathroom, hairdryer, as for instance. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were available in the kitchen. The venue staff was really friendly, not annoying. The location was perfect and excellent, near to everything and the interior design was lovely. Spent our evenings in nearby Abbey Wharf enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
